Another Map List Update

I've updated the mega map list again. I've added the following maps:

• CMT Coagulation CE - Race spawns no vehicles.
• CMT Dissolusion - Swampy Hang 'em High.
• CMT Fragment - Fragment with Race but some navs don't trigger.
• CMT Icy Swamps - Dark, icy swamp with tunnels you can't drive back out of.
• Super Mario CE Beta V2 - No race.
• Territory - Blood Gulch mod.
• Waterfall - Blood Gulch mod.
